Springs RV Resort could be your vacation paradise! With our Phase 3 expansion we once again will be able to offer a significant number of seasonal lots for rent.
Try before you buy! Rent a lot for the season to see how you like everything we have to offer. If you decide to purchase within 60 days of the start of your rental period, we will credit your seasonal fee towards the purchase of your very own lake getaway lot.
There are three Seasonal packages available:
ANNUAL SEASONAL
April 1st to March 30th, 12 month access, that includes winter services. Starting at $11,500*

SUMMER SEASONAL
April 1st through October 31st, 6 month full access and 6 month RV storage. Starting at $9,400*

WINTER SEASONAL
November 1st to March 31st,
Lots are located near the North adult clubhouse or the brand new Phase 3 Clubhouse (coming soon). Both locations have access to spa-like bathrooms with heated floors, lounge areas, games rooms and 50 amp service. Starting at $3,500

SEASONAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I pay monthly or in advance?
Seasonal rental fees are paid in advance of the rental period.
What is included in the rental fee?
Village water and sewer are included in the rental fee . Hydro is not included and is metered. The hydro is billed to the user twice a year.
What are the services on the lot?
Each lot has 30 amp or 50-amp service and Village sewer and water.
What amenities are available?
Seasonal renters have full access to all amenities, pools and hot tubs etc. There is no distinction made between a lot owner or seasonal renter.
During the winter months both clubhouses are open, as well as the bathrooms with heated floors and hot showers.
Is there Internet or cable connections?
The Resort has an open WIFI system that you can sign onto for free. You are also able to purchase an ungraded package from our internet supplier Connectivity Alliance, which allows you to stream movies. Cable can be obtained through satellite service.
Is there laundry on site?
There is coin laundry available on Phase 1 now and will be on Phase 3 in 2024.
Are the pools and hot tubs open all year?
The pools and adult hot tub open in May and closes in mid-September.
The family hot tub opens in April and closes after Thanksgiving.
Phase 3 is adding another beautiful pool and hot tub and plans to have the hot tub and sauna opened longer than the other phases and possibly all year-round.
Does the Resort have security?
The Resort is gated and has a manager or caretakers on site all year long and can be contacted by a security number when the office is closed. The office is open daily from March 1st to Oct. 31st.
Is the Resort pet friendly?
Yes, we welcome pets with some restrictions. Max 2 pets per lot and when pets are in the common areas they must be leashed.
Does the Resort have Rules and Regulations?
As a recreational community with 288 families there is a need for guidelines to ensure that everyone can enjoy their time here. Please ask the office to email you a copy for your review.
What are the seasonal fees?
Phase 1 Summer Rental including winter storage: April 1 through March 30th. 8-month full access and services, 4 months RV storage, hydro and sewer only. No water service from Nov. to March. Starting at $9,600.
Phase 2 and Phase 3 in 2024 Winter Seasonal: November 1st to March 31st, 5 months access, includes a minimum 50-amp service with Harrison water and sewer. Located near the North adult clubhouse with access to spa-like bathrooms with heated floors, lounge area, and games rooms. Starting at $3,500
New Phase 3 2024
Summer Seasonal– 6 months April 1st to Oct 31. Remove RV for the winter. Starting at $9,600
Annual Seasonal: April 1st to March 30th, 12-month access. All amenities, water and sewer. Starting at 11,500
Special Phase 3 ** “Try before you buy!” ** Rent a seasonal lot and if you love it and decide to buy within 60 days of the start of your rental period we will credit your seasonal fee towards the purchase price of your lot.**
